Challenge
Realdania and its partners wanted evidence-based documentation of placemaking's value in Danish urban development to inform future projects.
Approach
VOLCANO produced a report, published in both Danish and English, on the value of placemaking, in partnership with Rambøll and Realdania, and the municipalities of Helsingør, Frederikssund, and Esbjerg, with support from Statens Kunstfond.
