Challenge

Ravage extends VOLCANO's Royalties talent-program methodology to Grindsted and Vejle, giving local young people the project management, budgeting, and fundraising skills to plan and deliver real cultural events in their own municipality.

Approach

Participants work through modules on project management, budget & fundraising, and communication & crisis handling, applying each skill directly to a real local case rather than a hypothetical one.

The model builds on OFF TRACK, a festival 'by young people, for young people' that has run in Struer (2021), Lemvig (2022), and Ringkøbing (2023), growing from around 400 to 3,000 guests across those editions.
