Challenge
Royalties London extends VOLCANO's Royalties methodology — running in Copenhagen since 2011 — to Central London, in partnership with London Heritage Quarter, equipping a new generation of cultural entrepreneurs with the tools, network, and real-world experience to shape the city through culture.
Approach
20 emerging creatives aged 18–30 take part in a six-month programme of full-day workshops — kickoff & teambuilding, project management, branding & social media, partnerships & fundraising, and event production — before conceptualising, producing, and delivering a public-facing cultural event within London Heritage Quarter.
Programme leads Tilde Hansen and Anders Brogaard run the sessions in collaboration with London Heritage Quarter, a collective of four Business Improvement Districts across central London: Victoria, Victoria Westminster, Whitehall, and The Northbank. The first cohort's final event takes place 15 October 2026.
