Challenge
Silhuet is a four-month cultural wellbeing programme for young people aged 18–25 facing wellbeing challenges — inspired by the Royalties methodology and grounded in the Danish Wellbeing Commission's recommendations, giving participants a committed community built around real event and project management.
Approach
Over four months, participants take part in thematic sessions covering ideation, planning, production, collaboration, and project management, positioning young people as culture-makers in a safe, facilitated environment where their contributions have real value.
Participants are also paired with mentors who support their personal development, offer networks, and connect them with employers or education pathways — developed in collaboration with Headspace's national head of development.
