Mauritius Duarte

Mauritius is an urban planner and the founder of Kvartier Design and Kvartier Live. At VOLCANO, he works with urban development, citizen engagement and community building, bringing experience from projects across Latin America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

His work sits at the intersection of people, place and sustainable development, with a particular focus on how we design and develop urban environments that work for everyday life. He combines urban strategy and design with new approaches to participation, technology and financing.
